Detailed Reporting Options
AMCI’s online assessment platform for PMI offers multiple, robust reporting, via Excel, and feedback options that can be tailored for individual clients and/or administrators, such as:- By division
- By job title
- By site or location
- By number of users who completed the assessment
- By number of PM years experience
Individual Feedback (By Question) through Email
AMCI provides an email report to a user as soon as they have completed the online assessment providing detailed responses and correct answers for all questions that were answered incorrectly, with a reference to the relevant section in the PMBOK® Guide if the answer was incorrect.

Activity Reporting
- Completed Users: Completion percentage for each learning activity
- Current Averages: Activity averages based on completed users only
- Comprehensive Averages: Activity averages based on all users enrolled
- Report Statistics
- Correct Answers: Percentage of correct answers given for each question
- Pass/Fail Status: Pass, Fail, and incomplete statuses for all learning activities
User Reports
- User Progress: Assessment progress based on completed learning activities
- Current Averages: Assessment averages based on completed learning activities only
- Comprehensive Averages: Assessment averages based on completed learning activities only
- Duration of time: The amount of time spent in trackable learning activities in each Assessment
- Pass/Fail Status: Based on Assessment Current and Comprehensive Averages
- Report Statistics

Question Analysis Reports
As shown in the sample report below, AMCI’s platform also provides an analysis of all questions, including cumulative correct and incorrect percentages.These data assist the administrator and the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in identifying questions that may have confusing wording, incorrect structure, or unusually high difficulty. This information is useful to an organization to highlight areas where additional training of project management knowledge can benefit their staff.
